Smartphone company Realme launched their latest set of mid-range smartphones, namely the Realme GT and the RealmeGT Master Edition, for the Indian markets. The Master Edition is the more budget option of the two. The smartphones sport a bezel-less display with a left-top positioned punch-hole for the front camera.
Dashing Blue and Dashing Silver are the color variants that the Realme GT sports for its glass edition. The third particular color variant includes the Racing Yellow color, which has a vegan leather backside. The Realme GT Master Edition comes in Cosmos Blue and Luna White color options and an exclusive Voyager Grey color option, which has a suitcase-like backside and is designed by the respected Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa. It also comes with vegan leather material.
Realme GT will be the first to go on sale from August 25th onwards, whereas the Realme GT Master Edition will go on sale from August 26th onwards. These two smartphones can be found exclusively on Flipkart, Realme’s official website, and other physical retail stores around India. Additionally, Indian consumers can also purchase the Realme GT Master Edition from Flipkart by utilizing the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Program and paying 30% less for one year to purchase their device.

The Realme GT is priced according to the storage options that it offers. The smartphone comes in an 8GB RAM plus 128GB storage priced at Rs. 37,999, when launched in China, was priced at CNY 2,799 (Rs. 32,100), but in Europe, it was more expensive at EUR 449 (Rs. 39,100). Moving on, the 2nd model, which is the 12GB plus 256GB storage variant, is priced at Rs. 41,999 for Indian consumers. Realme GT additionally provides support for expanding RAM by 7GB if required.
The smartphone comes equipped with a triple camera setup that carries an impressive 64MP Sony IMX682 primary sensor that supports low apertures till f/1.8, making it perfect for focus-based photography. The other two lenses include an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a 2MP macro camera. Additionally, the left-aligned punch-hole display houses a 16MP selfie camera suitable for video calls.

The Realme GT Master Edition carries a 6.43-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display that supports a crazy 120Hz refresh rate. However, the Master Edition carries a more budget processor relative to the Realme GT vanilla, namely the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. For the OS, this device runs the same RealmeUI 2.0 as the Realme GT.
Device’s storage option includes a 6GB RAM plus 128GB storage variant priced at Rs. 25,999; and 8GB RAM plus 128GB storage variant priced at Rs. 27,999; and an 8GB RAM plus 256GB storage variant priced at Rs. 29,999.
