Samsung Galaxy A22 5G is launched in India on July 23, the company is on a troll and is launching smartphones back to back. The Samsung Galaxy A22 4G was launched by the company last month with a price tag of Rs. 18,499 and the 5G variant of the masterpiece is already available on Amazon at Rs. 19,999. Samsung India via its Twitter handle tweeted the arrival of the 5G smartphone, the tweet said,” Gear up for lag-free, real-time gaming on 5G.”
The South Korean based tech giant is gearing to launch the smartphone in the country and has started the countdown, the company shared a video clip and the thumbnail of the clip 2 days ahead of launch. The 5G variant of the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G was launched in the European markets earlier which gives the idea of specifications assuming that the company has launched the same variant in India as well.
The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G will be operated by Android 11 along with the company’s own One UI. The phone will have a Full HD+ display of 6.6 inches with a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. Moreover, the smartphone will have an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor under the hood. The phone will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and will be available in two storage variants- 6GB of RAM with 128 GB storage and 8GB of RAM with 128 GB storage. The internal storage of 128GB can be further expanded by a Micro SD card. The phone will house a battery of 5,000 mAh and will support 15W fast charging.
Moving onto the camera of the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G, the phone has a triple camera setup on the rear side with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an ultra-wide lens of 5-megapixel and a depth sensor of 2-megapixel. If we talk about the camera in the front then it will be 8-megapixel for selfie and video calls.
Samsung launched both variants of the smartphone at an affordable range. The lower variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs. 19,999 and the upper 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant costs Rs. 21,999 in India.
